Participation fee

The early bird participation fee of 150€ is available for the first registered 75 members of JA Alumni Europe network or until the end of February.

Pre-registration will become a registration after your local NC confirms your pre-registration. After the confirmation we will send you the invoice for your registration within a week and from there on you will have two weeks to pay. Unpaid invoice will be considered as a cancellation and the registration will be cancelled.

The late bird fee for JA Alumni Europe members is 175€ and open until the end of May 2018 or until the places are full. Participation for all other members of the global network is for the full price of 320€.

The participation fee covers entrance to all venues of the main conference agenda, accommodation in the hotel from Wednesday to Sunday, food and travel expenses during the official parts of the agenda. Travel expenses and food / drinks during the unofficial parts or extra events are not included in the participation fee.


After the registration and payment, you will be able to cancel your participation until the end of February 2018 free of charge. From there on, until the end of May 2018 the cancellation fee will be 20€. From the beginning of June 2018, the registration and cancellations will be closed (exceptions can be made in case of emergencies).


The main airlines Nordica and AirBaltic have direct flights to Tallinn from many European cities. If these are not enough, check out Lufthansa or SAS connections. Coming from Asia or the US? Check out Finnair.

Pocket money

This is everyone´s personal decision, but we recommend you to take approximately 100 – 150€ for any case. Even though pretty much all the places accept cards, have some cash on you just in case. 


Weather in Estonia is very seasonal. The average summer temperature is fairly mild, varying between 16 and 20 degrees Celcius, but can reach up to 30 degrees Celcius. Summer in Estonia tends to be very light, with 19 hours of daylight known locally as the "white nights". Spring and autumn see frequent light rain so bring an umbrella and a waterproof jacket.


Estonia is a member of the Schengen area, meaning that travellers coming from other Schengen countries do not need an additional visa to enter Estonia. Nationals of the EU, EEA, United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, in addition to further countries, do not need a visa to visit Estonia.
